Abstract

Traumatic dental injuries frequently affect maxillary anterior teeth and significantly influence aesthetics and function. This case report describes the rehabilitation of an Ellis Class II fractured maxillary incisor using a fiber post and full coverage crown. The treatment involved root canal therapy followed by fiber post placement and composite core build-up before crown placement. The restoration provided excellent retention, structural reinforcement, and aesthetic outcomes, highlighting the effectiveness of fiber post systems in pediatric restorative dentistry.
