Abstract

This study compared the efficiency of two pediatric rotary file systems with manual instrumentation during pulpectomy procedures. Nine extracted primary canines and fifteen primary molars were evaluated through in vitro and in vivo methods. Rotary instrumentation demonstrated significant improvements in debris removal, canal smoothness, and instrumentation time. The results suggest that pediatric rotary systems enhance treatment efficiency and canal preparation quality in pediatric endodontic procedures. Int+J+Pedo+Rehab+2024;+9(2)62-75
