Abstract

Preservation of primary anterior teeth is essential for aesthetics and functional development in children. This study evaluated Edelweiss and Bioflex crown systems combined with post and core restorations in severely decayed primary anterior teeth. Twelve patients were divided into two groups receiving Edelweiss or conventional intracanal posts with Bioflex crowns. Clinical parameters including oral hygiene, gingival health, and restoration quality were evaluated using USPHS criteria over a 12-month follow-up period. The findings revealed significant differences in gingival index, bleeding index, and restoration performance, indicating improved outcomes with Edelweiss systems. Int+J+Pedo+Rehab+2024;+9(2)51-61
