Abstract

Mental health challenges among frontline healthcare workers have intensified, posing risks to their well-being and the quality of patient care. This narrative review examines the increasing prevalence of anxiety, depression, and suicide within this population. It further explores interventions ranging from workplace improvements to individual resilience strategies such as mindfulness and telemedicine. Organizational approaches aimed at providing targeted training and resources are also discussed. The review concludes by emphasizing the urgency for stakeholders to foster supportive environments that prioritize the mental well-being of healthcare professionals.
