Acute Rheumatic Fever (ARF) is an inflammatory condition primarily affecting children aged 5–15 years, which can lead to Rheumatic Heart Disease (RHD) as a long-term complication. RHD increases the susceptibility to infective endocarditis (IE) during dental procedures, necessitating antibiotic prophylaxis as recommended by the American Heart Association (AHA). With advancements in biomimetic dentistry, the Stamp Technique has emerged as an innovative approach to dental restoration, providing functional and aesthetic outcomes while minimizing complications. This case report highlights the application of the Stamp Technique in a 13-year-old female patient with RHD. The procedure, supported by appropriate antibiotic prophylaxis, resulted in a functional and aesthetic restoration that mimicked natural tooth structure, highlighting the potential of biomimetic approaches in managing dental care for medically compromised patients
