Abstract

This case report presents the clinical application of semi-precision attachments in prosthodontic rehabilitation, emphasizing their adaptability and effectiveness in managing complex edentulous conditions. A patient with partial tooth loss and compromised dental esthetics was successfully rehabilitated using a prosthetic design that incorporated semi-precision attachments, achieving functional restoration with enhanced retention, stability, and esthetic integration. The treatment involved comprehensive diagnostics, strategic abutment preparation, and integration of semi-precision attachments into a removable prosthesis supported by fixed restorations. This approach contributed to the preservation of existing dentition, improved prosthesis maintenance, and increased patient satisfaction. This report highlights the clinical relevance of semi-precision attachments in modern prosthodontics, demonstrating their flexibility in addressing varied clinical demands while delivering reliable and patient-centered results.
